Records Retrieval Spec II
U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Records Retrieval Specialist II to join their team. The role involves ensuring clients receive fast, accurate, and professional support throughout the record-retrieval process by maintaining relationships with clients and facilities, as well as managing data entry and tracking.

Responsibilities
Proactively contact record custodians and facilities to expedite document retrieval
Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and facility personnel to ensure satisfaction
Accurately enter and track record requests in internal systems, ensuring all client and facility databases are up to date
Provide consistent updates on order progress and address client questions, concerns, or service-related issues
Assist with special projects as assigned and ensure adherence to all safety and work standards
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3–5 years of customer service or client management experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex issues
Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally and maintain focus while reviewing detailed documents
Preferred
Associate degree preferred
Background in legal or medical record retrieval preferred
