Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and HR Management principles
Knowledge of HR Policies and understanding of Employee Benefits programs
Experience or interest in Personnel Management and implementation of effective strategies
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating effectively with team members
Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
