Responsibilities

Produce, update, and provide best practice support on Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems. Tasks may include purchasing materials, entering budgetary information, and recording time and expenses
Prepare routine letters, email, minutes of meetings, and reports for approval by more senior colleagues or a senior executive
Schedule appointments, make arrangements for meetings and conferences, and organize travel plans, following instructions to ensure more senior colleagues or a senior executive make the best use of their time
Scheduling Advisor Home Office Visits and completion of various onboarding support tasks
Ordering and distribution of office and kitchen supplies for our floor

Qualification

Required

Advanced expertise in administrative, support, and service functions
Experience in producing, updating, and providing best practice support on Microsoft documents, databases, and other departmental systems
Ability to prepare routine letters, emails, minutes of meetings, and reports for approval by more senior colleagues or a senior executive
Experience in scheduling appointments, making arrangements for meetings and conferences, and organizing travel plans
Experience in scheduling Advisor Home Office Visits and completing various onboarding support tasks
Ability to order and distribute office and kitchen supplies
Skills to plan, organize, prioritize and oversee activities to efficiently meet objectives
Understanding and effective use of standard office equipment and standard software packages to support business processes
Ability to acquire, organize, protect and process data in order to fulfill business objectives
Ability to select and deploy the appropriate office system and to use it to optimum effect
High School (HS) education
General experience of 7 to 12 months
