Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospects who have shown interest in our services
Contact and manage leads provided by the company
Identify new outreach opportunities using various data sources
Present pest control services following established company processes
Create new customer accounts and schedule inspections or service visits
Work across multiple software platforms while communicating clearly and professionally
Meet expected performance targets such as monthly booking and conversion goals
Participate in customer service initiatives, including surveys and follow-up calls
Qualification
Required

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong organization, motivation, and attention to detail
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Basic reading, writing, and math proficiency
