The Service Coordinator is responsible for synchronizing sales, production, and installation functions to meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment, while also managing customer appointments and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Manage customer appointment schedules for Sales, Service Calls and Installations
Collaborate closely with Production on required lead times
Execute and track ordering functions for customer projects
Run Payroll in Quickbooks
Manage client appointments
Train new Designers on paperwork processing
Input data in Salesforce software
Responsible for initial problem resolution for clients
Maintain customer database
Collect/process payments from clients
Manage payment/lead requirements for Lowe's and Costco clients
Run Franchise royalty reports

Qualification

Required

Good organization skills
Be on time
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Quickbooks accounting/HR/payroll software
