The Gund Company is hiring a Shipping & Packaging Specialist to join our team! This role involves preparing and packaging products for shipment, ensuring accuracy in work orders, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and package products for shipment according to customer specifications
Review work orders, packing slips, and shipment details for accuracy
Build boxes, crates, or skids using hand tools and equipment
Operate forklift (if certified) and assist with loading/unloading trucks
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety standards
Participate in cross-training to learn additional processes

Qualification

Required

Ability to read work orders and follow detailed instructions
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills

Preferred

Experience in shipping, packaging, or manufacturing preferred
