Responsibilities
Review and assess internal service work orders for accuracy and completeness
Coordinate workflow and timelines with dispatch, technicians, and the sales team
Ensure units are prepped and ready for delivery according to dealership standards
Track the status of internal jobs and follow up to ensure on-time completion
Assist with documentation, parts coordination, and warranty-related process
Support Inventory tracking and maintain accurate service records
Communicate effectively across departments to align priorities and avoid delays
Qualification
Required
Exceptional skills in customer service and communication
Ability to use a variety of computer-based systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility with work schedules: including Saturdays (we are always closed on Sundays)
Problem-solver who takes initiative
Ability to pass a background and drug test
Neat, clean, and professional appearance
Demonstrate alignment with the Company's vision, mission, and core values in all interactions
Eager to contribute to a smooth and efficient service operation
