RevSpring is seeking a Technical Configuration Analyst to configure new and existing customer implementations for their proprietary SaaS applications. The role involves gathering customer requirements, ensuring data integrity, and working closely with project teams to manage configurations.

Responsibilities

Gather, evaluate and organize customer requirements and translate to appropriate Data warehouse configurations
Analyze inbound data files and ensure data integrity
SME (subject matter expert) for existing and new configuration options (for multiple applications)
Documentation and Training for existing and new configuration options
Documentation and maintaining customer configuration profiles
Working directly with Project Managers, Software Developers and Quality Assurance Analyst
Some direct client communication is required
Ability to debug customer reported issues by analyzing data in the tables and files, views and SPs

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in software project
Thorough knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
SQL skills (ability to write and execute SQL queries)
Great Attention to Detail and strong follow through skills
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Outstanding Communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly motivated, self-directed individual with the ability to work effectively within a team
Excellent time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, responsibilities and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Up to 10% travel may be required
Jira experience for task management
Qualified candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Preferred

Knowledge of payment system is a plus
ETL / Data Warehouse knowledge is a plus
