Mid LevelEPITEC is seeking a Plant Vehicle Team Engineer to enhance vehicle quality throughout the production process. The role involves problem-solving, data analysis, and collaboration with teams to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Analyze incoming warranty claims and customer feedback to identify patterns and root causes
Conduct plant floor investigations and develop Interim Containment Actions (ICA) and Permanent Corrective Actions (PCA)
Support assembly operations with Stop Ships/Stop Builds, campaigns, audits, and quality initiatives
Maintain Vehicle Functional Group (VFG) quality documentation and drive achievement of quality targets
Lead engineering commodity changes for future minor product launches
Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to address quality concerns and implement running changes
Issue engineering alerts and pursue product changes to meet quality objectives
Present findings and updates to leadership during weekly reviews and quality meetings
Qualification
Required
Microsoft Excel: Ability to analyze data and identify warranty trends
CAD: Proficiency in loading and reviewing part interfaces for root cause analysis
Design and problem-solving experience in a manufacturing environment
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Automotive industry experience
