Responsibilities
Act as the primary support contact for Epic applications within the Inpatient team
Design, build, and test system configurations to meet workflow and user requirements
Provide technical expertise and guidance during implementation and ongoing operations
Organize and schedule complex system tasks, including programming, in a timely manner
Maintain strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders
Perform additional duties as assigned in alignment with organizational policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience as an Epic application analyst preferred (Epic Inpatient systems experience is a plus)
Healthcare industry experience preferred
Experience in inpatient pharmacy is a plus
