Responsibilities
You lead and oversee clinical strategy and execution for medical device studies, including IDE and post-market trials
You manage regulatory-driven clinical activities, with particular experience navigating EU MDR requirements for legacy and cleared devices
You design and oversee retrospective and prospective clinical studies, including chart reviews and data collection strategies
You ensure high-quality trial oversight, including monitoring activities, SQVs, and adherence to stringent quality standards
You develop and maintain clinical SOPs and processes to support compliant and audit-ready operations
You collaborate cross-functionally with regulatory, quality, and finance teams to support study planning, approvals, and budgeting
You bring deep hands-on experience from monitoring through leadership, enabling practical problem-solving and execution-focused trial management
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 – 8 years of related experience
You bring strong expertise in inventory controls and standard costing, including operating in an Oracle-based ERP environment
You have proven ability to review and analyze work order activity, identify variances, and ensure accuracy in inventory and production costing
Your proficiency includes GL account reconciliations, rapid period-end close execution, and timely recognition of expenses
You support financial, internal, and SOX audits through strong documentation, controls, and data integrity
You have experience coordinating new item setup, BOM structures, and account assignments to support R&D and production activities
You excel at cross-functional collaboration, working closely with R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Production teams to align system setup with business needs
You bring a strong understanding of internal control frameworks, helping develop and monitor procedures that protect company assets
You participate effectively in ERP testing and system implementations, ensuring accurate data capture for inventory, costing, and CAPEX activities
Preferred
Your background includes experience supporting R&D or innovation center environments, including CAPEX tracking and pilot-scale production
