Responsibilities

Own the NPI process from prototype to production, ensuring manufacturability and cost efficiency
Define and maintain product specifications and engineering standards
Collaborate with R&D to integrate DFM and DFT principles early in design
Manage upgrades, cost reduction initiatives, and end-of-life planning
Lead product validation testing for reliability and performance
Analyze test data, report findings, and drive corrective actions
Conduct root cause analysis and partner with Quality for compliance
Act as technical liaison between R&D, Manufacturing, QA, and Supply Chain
Support supplier development and component qualification
Manage schedules, deliverables, and documentation using PM tools
Analyze yields and defects to identify improvement opportunities
Coordinate Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and revisions

Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
3-5 years in product or manufacturing engineering, ideally in electronics or high-volume assembly
Experience in NPD, NPI, validation, and failure analysis
Skilled in FMEA, 8D, and root cause methodologies
Proficient in CAD, ERP/MES systems, and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Minitab)
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
English proficiency
Willingness to travel internationally for training and program launches

Preferred

Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
