HR E-Z, Inc. is a boutique HR consulting firm serving small to mid-sized businesses across the U.S. They are seeking a Senior Human Resources Consultant who is professional, knowledgeable in California employment law, and thrives in a remote working environment.

Manage time and projects well

Work with various industries
Build HR systems when one doesn't exist
Deliver exceptional HR and leadership services
Drive positive transformation across diverse small and medium-sized businesses

Required

4+ years of HR experience and Bachelor's degree, or a combination of education and experience
Deep knowledge of CA employment law, multi-state preferred but not required
Policy development, ER, recruiting, DEI, benefits, and leadership experience
Excellent communicator and relationship builder; able to conduct training, navigate conflict with grace
Must be located in CA (required); Greater Sacramento area preferred
Excellent experience and abilities using Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Outlook, Zoom, Teams
Proficiency user a CRM (HubSpot), Excel, Project Management tools, and other MS products
Exceptional work ethic, time management skills, project management, and desire to learn and grow
Exceptional writing and researching skills

Preferred

Multi-state knowledge of CA employment law
Greater Sacramento area preferred
Payroll experience, desirable but not required
