Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily administration, support, and optimization of enterprise business applications
Evaluating, documenting, implementing, testing, and troubleshooting a wide range of software solutions
Performing root cause analysis to resolve incidents efficiently
Collaborates across several IT teams
Works within diverse software environments, operating systems, and hardware platforms
Serves as a key liaison between end users, IT professionals, and third-party vendors
Contributes as a technical lead on application-related projects
Ensures consistent, high-quality support for all business-critical applications

Qualification

IT technologies experiencePost-secondary educationIncident management knowledgeSound judgmentInterpersonal skillsCommunication skills

Required

Any combination of post-secondary education in Business, Information Technology or related IT field and IT related experience to equal 4 years
Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and sound judgment
Hands on experience with multiple IT technologies
Knowledge and understanding of incident, problem and escalation process
