Responsibilities
Partnering with stakeholders to understand business needs, lead workshops, facilitate meetings, elicit requirements, communicate tradeoffs, and translate these into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Designing and maintaining comprehensive BRD’s, process flow diagrams, business and data models, functional specifications, and solution documentation
Conducting QA, writing test scripts, and leading UAT
Monitoring and recommending improvements for data quality, integrity, security, governance, and process optimizations
Managing sprint backlog and prioritization and maintaining a healthy, delivery-ready backlog
Partnering closely with developers through grooming, sprint ceremonies and ongoing clarification to manage scope, resolve blockers and ensure solutions are delivered as intended
Qualification
Required
5+ years of demonstrable experience as a Salesforce Analyst/Consultant, with a comprehensive understanding of Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud (Communities) capabilities (or equivalent experience)
Ability to influence at various levels
Experience in agile methodology and using JIRA or similar technology
Strong verbal and written communication skills, high EQ, and the ability to establish relationships based on trust
Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Administrator/Advanced Administrator
Solid understanding of Salesforce security and data management standards
Preferred
Additional Salesforce Certifications: Platform Developer, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant, and/or Experience Cloud Consultant
PMP and/or Agile/Scrum certifications
