Responsibilities

Responsible for partnership management, and business/solution implementation of independent software vendor (ISV) ecosystem partners

Establish effective collaboration mechanisms with ISV partners and ensure their smooth operation

Execute the GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy for ISV applications, and drive partner business success

Participate in the development and execution of overall ecosystem strategy; continuously gather industry insights to update business strategies

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, monitoring performance, and reporting, ensuring stakeholders are aligned on key objectives and timelines

Required

Bachelor's degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in product operations

Experience in partnership management and a strong network of ISV resources in DTC/ Marketplace e-commerce

Experience in API integration of DTC/ Marketplace

Possess business perspective and strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Demonstrate strong abilities to communicate strategy/approach across diverse teams and stakeholders

Preferred

Experience in e-commerce merchandising platforms, seller onboarding tools, or buyer-seller matchmaking systems
