Responsibilities
Manage a diverse family law caseload, including divorce, custody, support, and related matters
Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and trials
Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Develop case strategies and negotiate favorable outcomes
Collaborate with partners and other attorneys on complex matters
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills
Client-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
2+ years of family law experience (preferred, but open to strong early-career attorneys)
