Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day distribution center operations (receiving, warehousing, fulfillment, shipping) with a relentless focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency

Own forecasting and SIOP, aligning supply and demand so the right product shows up at the right time

Drive inventory accuracy, service levels, and cost discipline—without killing momentum or culture

Build, coach, and level-up a team of supply chain and distribution leaders

Establish KPIs, operating rhythms, and dashboards that people actually use

Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean mindset strongly encouraged)

Partner closely with Procurement, Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, and external vendors

Scale systems, processes, and infrastructure as the business grows
