Prepare and argue motions, attend hearings, and conduct trials
Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery responses, and briefs
Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
Advise clients on case strategy and risk assessment
Maintain compliance with court rules and deadlines
