This role involves supporting attorneys in all phases of litigation across a high-volume caseload involving premises liability, personal injury, workers’ compensation, auto accidents, and/or maritime claims.

Responsibilities
Draft and manage legal documents, including discovery responses, subpoenas, and medical record requests
Prepare and organize case files, medical summaries, deposition summaries, and trial binders
Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, court filings, and e-discovery
Coordinate with clients, experts, vendors, and court personnel
Assist with trial preparation and support attorneys during hearings, mediations, and trials
Review and summarize medical records and accident reports
Monitor and update case management systems with relevant case activity
Qualification
Required
Associate degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent work experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced legal environment
Preferred
2+ years of litigation experience preferred (insurance defense a plus)
Familiarity with court rules and filing procedures
Experience working on cases involving bodily injury, workers' comp, and/or maritime issues
Bilingual is a plus
