Responsibilities

Negotiate contract scope, buy-outs, and prepare purchase orders

Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, general contractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal teams

Oversee project organization, estimating, scheduling, execution, and closeout across multiple HVAC projects

Manage financial aspects of projects including forecasting, manpower planning, job cost tracking, and monthly billings

Monitor installations to ensure work aligns with company standards and project specifications

Communicate project status, changes, schedules, and expectations clearly and professionally

Manage scope of work, pricing, approvals, change orders, and issue resolution

Partner closely with field staff to assess workload, manpower needs, and job status

Follow up with stakeholders throughout project execution to ensure satisfaction

Proactively communicate risks, challenges, and successes to leadership

Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely release of equipment and materials
