Responsibilities
3–5+ years in data and/or systems analysis (research, gap analysis, data mining, profiling)
3–5+ years with visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and dashboard development
Strong experience with Tableau Desktop and Server; familiarity with Power BI and OBIEE
Advanced SQL skills; experience with querying data from Oracle, Snowflake, and Microsoft SQL Server
Hands-on experience with cloud-native data warehousing solutions
Ability to map data lineage and reconstruct dashboards using dimensional models
Exposure to data modeling and data validation concepts
Basic Python programming and Alteryx experience (preferred)
Understanding of PII and data minimization best practices
Exposure to data governance and cataloging tools (Alation, Collibra)
Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira for story tracking and sprint management
Financial services or non-profit experience a plus
Exceptional communication skills as a writer, presenter, and facilitator, both written and verbal
Strong collaboration and consensus-building abilities
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels
Proactive team player who understands how systems applications can solve business problems and meet objectives
Highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Entrepreneurial thinker, comfortable embracing, proposing, and leading change
Experience solving complex business problems and translating them into simple software solutions
Comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment involving multiple partners and technical groups
Qualification
Required
BS/BA or equivalent demonstrated analytical and technical ability
