Responsibilities
Processing Supplier Portal access requests for external users
Testing of Supplier Portal access process as it is being automated
Ensuring situations supported have been tested and documented properly
Assisting with other access as needed
Getting ticket for new user and adding access if needed
Checking if supplier has access if they are a client supplier
Resolving tickets where users have multiple IDs and merging to one account
Pulling lists to figure out duplicates related to multiple IDs
Looking in Active Directory for user IDs
Writing up test case scenarios
