Lead and manage multiple technical programs/projects within the Enterprise and Card Technology teams

Connect and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication

Drive process refinement, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Support and execute cyber-intent refinement activities within the Card Tech function

Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations

Utilize tools such as JIRA and Confluence for tracking, documentation, and reporting

Provide project updates and ensure teams remain aligned with strategic objectives

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-focused
