The role involves maintaining the physical integrity of the community, performing property maintenance tasks, and ensuring the upkeep of common areas and apartments for new residents.

Responsibilities
Perform any and all property maintenance needs
Prepare apartments for new residents
Completes work orders
Basic Carpentry
Plumbing
Electrical Systems
Mechanical Systems
Small Appliance Repair
Maintenance of the property grounds and common areas
HVAC service and repair (willing to train)
Ensure proper removal and disposal of trash
Qualification
Required
Maintenance or 'handyman' experience
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Tools (hammer, screwdrivers, channel locks, multi meter, Allen wrenches, pliers, knife, flashlight)
Able to respond to afterhours emergency calls as part of an on-call rotation
Preferred
Apartment/multi-family maintenance experience a plus
