Responsibilities

Leads development, maintenance, and operations of admin fee reporting tools

Sets and implements team goals and strategies to achieve said goals

Develops budgets as requested

Develops performance to budget reports as requested by stakeholders

Supports stakeholders with monthly reports, analytics, and data visualizations

Utilizes data tools such as ACRi Analytics for data mining and developing dashboards

Supports cost savings initiatives in The Resource Group

Provides scorecards/dashboards to report and communicate progress related to cost savings initiatives
