Responsibilities
Engage directly with residential customers to understand their internet and wireless needs, recommending the best-fit products and sales solutions
Confidently explain internet service plans, features, and pricing to support a successful sales experience to local customers
Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals
Address customer questions and concerns with professionalism and a solutions-focused mindset
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Represent the Lumen brand with enthusiasm, integrity, and strong product knowledge
Stay informed on current internet offerings, promotions, and industry trends
Work closely with team members and managers to support campaign efforts and maximize sales performance
Qualification
Required
A friendly, outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for succeeding in a sales-driven environment
