Corporate Transactional Attorney

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Transactional Corporate Attorney to join their Lexington office, focusing on advising clients on corporate law matters and supporting various corporate transactions.
Responsibilities
Advise clients on corporate and business law matters, including entity formation and governance
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other transactional documents
Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions
Counsel clients on regulatory compliance and general corporate strategy
Work closely with clients across diverse industries, providing practical and solutions-oriented advice
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Admission to the Kentucky Bar (or eligibility to waive in)
Minimum of 3 years of corporate transactional experience, including business formations, contracts, and M&A
Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to excellent client service, professionalism, and teamwork
