Responsibilities

Maintaining up-to-date and accurate case notes in our advanced case management system
Efficiently handling the opening and processing of cases/files, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained
Client Communications
Requesting and organizing supporting documentation
Filing necessary forms and documents with the MD Workers’ Compensation Commission
Prepare cases for hearings

Qualification
