Own the growth experiment pipeline (product-side)
Identify the highest-leverage opportunities
Ship experiments fast
Measure impact
Iterate or kill quickly
Increase sharing and referral loops
You’ll build product mechanisms that encourage:

Qualification
Required
Strong engineering skills (frontend/backend depending on stack)
Experience shipping experiments in production
Comfortable with analytics and causal thinking
High-speed shipping mindset
Taste + judgment: you don't create growth gimmicks
Experience in PLG SaaS
Preferred
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks, feature flags, A/B testing
Growth loops + referral systems experience
