This paid internship offers meaningful experience in product management, where interns will support product discovery, assist in writing user stories, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Support product discovery by researching customer needs and identifying opportunities that align with business goals

Assist in writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria to guide engineering and design work

Participate in product planning and ceremonies, helping manage the product backlog and prioritize features

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time and with quality

Use data and metrics to evaluate product performance and support data-driven decision making

Engage in professional development to build product management, Agile, and collaboration skills

Interns will be provided with significant guidance and mentoring but will also be encouraged to work independently as well

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Seeking to obtain a degree in Business Administration, Business/Data Analytics, Business Management or some similar discipline with a GPA of 3.0 or above

Ability to work as part of a diverse team and independently

Highly motivated, organized, reliable, and detail-oriented

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Quick learner and not afraid to work with new computer-based programs and databases

Ability to be effective and contribute in a fast-paced corporate environment

No previous work experience necessary
