Responsibilities

Responsible for contract negotiation of clinical trials, subcontracts, nondisclosure agreements, and consortium agreements
Main point of contact and is responsible for conducting negotiations with external sponsors on behalf of TSRI
Works collaboratively with the division/department to ensure agreements facilitate the conduct of research at TSRI in compliance with applicable laws and institutional policies
Provide action-oriented and expert support to Principal Investigators (PIs) and the division/department
Handle specific clinical trial and audit issues with integrity

Required

2+ years' experience in contract formation, contract negotiation, or administration
Working knowledge federal and state laws, rules and regulations related to research
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Preferred

Previous experience negotiating clinical research or healthcare contracts
Experience in an academic medical center
Advanced degree (JD, MBA, MHA)
Certified Research Administrator
