Responsibilities
Travel to customer locations and attend client meetings and assist with the determination of project requirements
Estimate projects
Work with customers, design, and engineering during the planning phase of the projects
Assist in determining/purchasing the correct components
Monitor projects, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner
Maintain Tracking Logs
Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders
Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude, and for developing this attitude in others
Keep the Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may impact client relations
Participate in the installation process, start-up projects onsite, assist as needed
Qualification
Required
Worked in Project/Construction Management or Industrial Material Handling fabrication, sales, or installation
Experience estimating or managing field service/installation personnel
Effective communication skills including verbal and written skills
Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment
Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing team-based
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
