They are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to manage full cycle recruiting for technical professionals in the engineering industry, while developing client relationships and contributing to workforce planning.

Responsibilities
Source, screen, and place professionals in production, operations, maintenance, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and EPC roles
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking, job boards, social media, and direct outreach
Develop and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, coordinating client interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights to provide strategic guidance to clients and candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership to support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure efficient recruitment operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of engineering recruitment experience in the petrochemical, oil & gas, or related heavy industrial sectors
Proven success in placing candidates in technical roles within production, operations, maintenance, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and EPC
Strong understanding of engineering and technical disciplines within petrochemical and oil & gas projects
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools to identify and attract top engineering talent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
Strong negotiation skills for salary, contract, and benefits discussions
Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Prior experience working in a staffing agency or executive search firm specializing in engineering recruitment
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to hiring within the oil & gas and petrochemical industries
