Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to drive data-informed decision-making
Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills
Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
10+ years of experience in customer success or related customer-focused leadership roles
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or other relevant fields
Preferred
an advanced degree is a plus
