The MA responds and resolves member inquiries with a one call resolution while maintaining the highest level of member service
Identifies the member financial needs and makes appropriate referrals to other product specialists
Provides a professional and memorable member experience with every interaction
Role models the Credit Union’s Core Values
Meets or exceeds service expectations as reflected in their Voice of the Member survey scores
An MA may work on or offsite
Works under close supervision
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
One (1) year of financial institution experience
Two (2) years of call center experience
Three (3) years of customer service experience for every year of financial institution experience required
