Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for leadership and department heads
Answer phones, greet visitors, and ensure professional front-office operations
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of administrative experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office tools
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
