Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the Café, and Facilities teams, fostering a culture of accountability, support, and continuous improvement

Identify and implement process improvements for both cafe and cleaning operations teams

Manage facilities budget, forecast expenditures, and negotiate vendor contracts

Oversee adherence to all safety regulations and protocols

Identify and implement process improvements for café and cleaning teams

Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all employees

Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Manage projects related to events and services, utilizing strong project planning and execution

Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure all deadlines are met

Proven track record of direct people management

Knowledge of food and building safety standards and protocols

Highly adaptable, thriving in an agile company environment with a keen attention to detail

Experience collaborating across multiple departments/teams in a leadership capacity

Proficiency in budget management and contract negotiation

Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship
