Responsibilities

Maintain and update tasks, timelines, and deliverables within the project management system

Assist Project Managers with administrative project tasks

Schedule project meetings and document meeting notes

Track action items and follow-ups to ensure timely resolution

Assist with gathering and documenting business requirements

Support workflow, process and procedural documentation

Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination, including test tracking and issue documentation

Prepare basic reports, summaries and dashboards

Maintain organized project, governance and compliance documentation in accordance to ePMO standards
