Responsibilities

Purchase Order Creation & Management - Design and implement workflows for purchase order generation, approval, and fulfillment, integrating with ERP or other procurement systems

Manage High Usage and Inventory - Analyze consumption trends to optimize stocking of high usage items while reducing or eliminating low usage/zero bin inventory

Negotiate Annual Pricing Agreements and Drive Project Execution - Secure cost saving agreements on parts, lead procurement projects through to implementation, and perform post implementation reviews to validate savings and project impact

Lead Cost Saving and Efficiency Projects - Define project scopes, establish budgets and timelines, and oversee execution to achieve measurable cost reductions and workflow improvements

Track and Report Procurement Related KPIs - Monitor key performance indicators, compile executive level reports, and provide actionable insights to support decision making and company wide goals

Interface with Engineering & End Users - Coordinate with product, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure smooth parts flow and that procurement processes meet technical and operational needs

Participate in Global SCM Meetings - Attend supplier and engineering meetings to discuss procurement strategies, qualification plans, and future projects, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field

3+ years of procurement / supply ‑chain experience

Proficiency in inventory‑ management systems and Microsoft Office

Strong analytical, problem ‑solving, and critical‑ thinking skills

Excellent collaboration, communication, and time‑ management skills
