They are looking for a Wallcovering Installer to support operations and customers in their Signs & Graphics division, responsible for preparing and applying wallcovering materials to ensure high-quality finishes that meet client expectations.
Construction
Responsibilities
Measure and prepare walls, ensuring surfaces are clean, smooth, and properly primed for installation
Cut, match, and apply wallcoverings including vinyl, fabric, digital prints, murals, and specialty materials
Align patterns precisely and maintain consistent seams and adhesion
Remove old wallcoverings and repair damaged surfaces as needed
Mix and apply appropriate adhesives, following manufacturer specifications
Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in clean, working condition
Collaborate with designers, project managers, and installers to meet project timelines and quality standards
Follow all safety procedures and site regulations during installation
Inspect completed work to ensure superior craftsmanship and client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a professional wallcovering installer or wallpaper hanger
Strong knowledge of wall preparation, adhesives, and application techniques for various materials
Ability to read blueprints, design layouts, and installation specifications
Excellent attention to detail, color matching, and pattern alignment
Strong communication and time-management skills
Physical ability to stand, climb ladders, and lift materials as needed
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Preferred
Certification from the Wallcovering Installers Association (WIA) is a plus
