Recruitment Coordinator

Handle all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary screenings
Build relationships with potential candidates
Ensure effective communication throughout the hiring process
Assist with onboarding efforts to maintain a positive experience for all participants
Qualification
Required
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service capabilities
Proficiency in hiring processes, including candidate sourcing and onboarding
Experience with interviewing techniques and recruitment best practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and virtually
Preferred
Previous experience in human resources or recruitment is a plus
