Responsibilities
Dive deep into the intricacies of current accounts assigned by sales representatives, mastering all the details
Develop expertise in our cutting-edge Transportation Management System (TMS) and leverage its full potential
Efficiently schedule appointments and accurately input shipment details for all relevant loads
Keep internal and external portals up to date with shipment information to ensure transparency and accuracy
Proactively track shipment progress and provide timely updates to all stakeholders involved
Address customer inquiries regarding shipment statuses with professionalism and clarity
Work collaboratively with sales representatives to deliver seamless and personalized account servicing
