Design and implement application architectures with a focus on scalability and reliability
Develop and maintain backend systems, ensuring high-quality code through rigorous testing
Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Manage and support services deployment in cloud environments
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Kotlin and experience with frameworks like Micronaut or Spring Boot
Strong experience in backend software development in large-scale settings
Solid understanding of Apache Kafka and stream processing
Familiarity with DevOps tools and test-driven development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams
Preferred
