Vice President Human Resources

The Vice President, Human Resources is a senior executive leader responsible for setting and executing the organization’s enterprise-wide people strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, advising the CEO and senior leaders on people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and workforce risk
Translate business strategy into a comprehensive human capital roadmap that supports growth, operational excellence, and cultural alignment
Lead workforce planning, succession strategy, and leadership continuity planning across the organization
Own end-to-end talent strategy, including recruitment, onboarding, retention, and internal mobility
Design and oversee leadership development, performance management, and capability-building programs
Strengthen bench strength and succession pipelines for critical roles
Champion a culture of accountability, safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement
Lead employee engagement strategy and initiatives that drive retention, productivity, and morale
Provide executive-level leadership in labor relations, employee relations, and change management
Oversee compensation philosophy, incentive programs, and benefits strategy to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as industry-specific regulations
Anticipate regulatory and workforce risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies
Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of HR policies, programs, and technologies
Establish data-driven HR metrics and dashboards to support executive decision-making
Build scalable HR infrastructure to support growth and operational complexity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including senior-level responsibility for enterprise HR strategy
Demonstrated experience partnering directly with CEOs and executive leadership teams
Proven ability to build, lead, and scale HR teams in growth-oriented organizations
Deep knowledge of labor relations, employment law, and regulatory compliance
Strong executive presence, communication skills, and ability to influence at all levels
Preferred
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is strongly preferred
