Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain tray, carton, and can layouts
Generate forward-thinking ideas to support future innovation and evolving packaging requirements
Ensure all packaging meets regulatory requirements for the beverage category
Review proofs and prepress files for accuracy, consistency, and print readiness
Stay informed on industry trends, printing capabilities, and material innovations
Maintain organized files and documentation for all packaging assets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in graphic design or similar field
Create impactful packaging and brand experiences that resonate with consumer
Drive creative development from concept to execution, ensuring strategic alignment and brand consistency
Strong technical skills in layout development and prepress
Solid knowledge of beverage labeling regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining deadlines
Strong communication skills and experience working with cross functional teams and vendors
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and related design tools
