Lead scheduled consultations with CEOs and Founders. You will dive deep into their revenue, burn rate, and capital efficiency to determine if they meet our criteria
Move beyond the script to identify the founder's specific friction points—whether it’s speed, valuation, or narrative positioning—and frame our advisory services as the solution
Guide founders through our engagement model, which includes internal deal analysis, market feedback loops, and pitch preparation
You are the gatekeeper. Your goal is to qualify the founder and secure their commitment to enter our review process, setting the stage for senior partners
Manage a fast-moving pipeline in our CRM, ensuring all founder data is captured accurately to brief our internal analyst team

Required

Financially Fluent: You are comfortable discussing runway, unit economics, and fundraising timelines with sophisticated founders
Consultative Closer: You understand that high-ticket services require building trust and authority. You can skillfully navigate complex decision-making processes and engagement terms
Process-Driven: You thrive in a structured environment. You understand the value of a system that relies on preparation, data analysis, and timely follow-ups
Resilient & High-Energy: You can maintain focus through high-volume activity, treating every conversation with the same level of intensity and detail

Preferred

Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales (SaaS, Fintech, or Professional Services preferred)

Compensation is made up of Base + Uncapped Commissions.
