Outside Commercial Sales Representative-Door Experience is a Plus!
DH Pace Company is a distribution, construction and service organization offering a complete range of door and door related products and commercial security products. They are seeking an Outside Commercial Sales Representative to develop relationships with existing customers and aggressively seek and secure new customers through prospecting activities to sell commercial doors.

Responsibilities
Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our comprehensive line of commercial doors and related door products and services
Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, colleges, K-12, municipalities, hospitals in Des Moines and surrounding areas
Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum three years outside sales experience
Must have good time management skills, be organized and have the ability to multi-task
Must possess a Valid Driver's License
Preferred
Experience with Blueprints/Plans and Specs highly desired
