Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of eCommerce operations in-store, including order picking, packing, staging, and handoff
Lead and coach a team of 10-30 associates to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality orders
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized department
Monitor performance metrics, manage slot capacity, and optimize scheduling to meet sales and labor targets
Manage eCommerce systems and coordinate with store leadership for cross-training and resource allocation
Drive awareness and growth of eCommerce services
Qualification
Required
Strong leadership and team motivation skills
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills
Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment
Skilled in coaching and performance management
Basic computer proficiency
Understanding of food safety practices and retail operations
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for extended periods
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
High School Diploma or GED required
Availability to work 40 hours per week, including peak business times
