Responsibilities
Coach, mentor, and oversee front and back-office dental staff to ensure excellent patient experiences and compliance
Work with Regional Management, Call Center, Marketing, HR, Recruiting, and other departments to analyze performance and ensure optimal staffing and patient flow
Manage staff, patient, and doctor schedules
Interview, hire, and train dental staff
Oversee compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, Code of Safe Practices, and HR policies
Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and support staff to promote clinical and administrative excellence
Qualification
Required
Ability to lead and manage dental teams effectively
Strong skills in analyzing operational, performance, and financial metrics in a dental setting
A genuine desire to assist patients and staff
Outgoing, cheerful, and approachable demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Commitment to being part of a high-quality dental team focused on patient satisfaction
